a. Accept the emergency food and medical supplies without any conditions,
b. Accept the help of foreign aid workers as well as their equipment can be used so that lives can be restored quickly,
c. Understand that your local aids workers cannot cope with the situation,
d. Waive off the requirement of visas to foreign aids workers or get your visa department to work through a public holiday to get the visas approved so that the waiting can be cut by 3 days
e. Call off or postpone your scheduled referendum so that your limited resources can be deployed to provide immediate help,
f. Do not impound the 32 tonnes of aids supplies that just got into your country.
